WHEN WILL MY GEARBODY ORDER SHIP?

Orders are usually processed within 1 day, and shipped within 2-5 business days of purchase. When your order ships you will receive a confirmation email and, if applicable, tracking details. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive the shipping email.

After your order has been successfully placed, please allow 2-5 business days for us to process your order before it ships - we will notify you via email as soon as your order is on its way to you!

GearBody offers free shipping worldwide on all orders above $50. We ship almost everywhere except to some EU locations. Many of our items are sourced in bulk from global suppliers, so our products usually take between 10-35 business days to arrive, usually faster, though in extremely rare circumstances can take longer. Don't be disappointed if you don't receive all items at once, we usually ship multiple piece orders out from multiple locations to get your order to you as soon as possible.

We strive for Expedited Shipping which may result in multiple orders being shipped at different intervals, thus arriving at your destination at different times.

HOW DO I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Please review your order confirmation included in your email order confirmation.  Owing to differences in worldwide delivery, we are unable to provide tracking for each and every postal service or system.

 

CAN MY GEARBODY ITEM GET WET?

As tempting as it is to swim with your item, we suggest that you don't get them wet as it can damage the crystals, stones, and leather.
